Concrete slabs are characterized by the freedom of shaping the forms and sizes of individual elements. They are characterized by a long service life and resistance to moisture. The façade panels are also frost-resistant and non-flammable.

Installation of architectural concrete panels on the facade
The architectural concrete panels we produce are designed for easy and quick installation. They do not need complicated frames or unusual design solutions. Standard solutions are proven and, above all, safe. Depending on the intended use and location of use, the following installation methods are possible.

Adhesive installation - GRC architectural concrete slabs can be an alternative to plaster with light wet insulation. Boards, e.g. 7 mm thick, should be glued with their entire surface to the reinforced insulation layer made of pinned polystyrene or wool,

Installation on stone anchors - boards 30-40 mm thick are mounted on the facade with stainless stone anchors fixed in the wall with quick-setting adhesives. This method is analogous to the typical installation of stone facades.
Mounting on a substructure - mounting panels on a substructure can be done in three ways:

by riveting boards thick. 7-15 mm for vertical profiles,
by gluing 7-15 mm boards to vertical profiles with a system adhesive,
hanging 18-30 mm panels with invisible back-cutting anchors.

Architectural concrete for an office in an industrial style

A characteristic feature of this type of decor are, among others gray or even black walls, sometimes interspersed with white.
